Product Description

The 3PE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) anti-corrosion coating line is designed for the external coating of steel pipes used in oil, gas, water supply, district heating, and industrial pipeline systems.

The 3PE coating structure consists of three functional layers:

1. FBE Layer (Fusion Bonded Epoxy)
Provides excellent adhesion to the steel pipe surface and strong corrosion resistance.

2. Adhesive Layer (AD)
Ensures reliable bonding between the epoxy coating and the polyethylene outer layer.

3. Polyethylene Layer (PE)
Provides mechanical protection, low water absorption, and strong environmental resistance.

This multi-layer coating system offers excellent anti-corrosion performance, high mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and long service life, making it an ideal solution for modern pipeline protection.

Technological Process

Pipe Loading → Conveying → Shot Blasting → Induction Heating → FBE Coating → AD & PE Extrusion Coating → Water Cooling → Conveying → Pipe End Grinding → Pipe Unloading

Main Equipment Composition

1. Surface Treatment System

Includes shot blasting machine, cyclone dust collector, pulse dust collector, and exhaust fan for effective rust removal and surface cleaning.

2. Heating System

Equipped with induction heating equipment to ensure stable and uniform pipe surface temperature before coating.

3. Coating System

Includes epoxy powder spraying unit, adhesive extruder, PE extruder, die heads, and coating pressing device for complete 2LPE / 3LPE coating application.

4. Cooling System

Water spray cooling system ensures stable cooling performance and coating quality.

5. Conveying & Handling System

Includes pipe loading platform, conveying system, unloading platform, and turning devices for smooth production flow.

6. Control System

PLC automatic control system for stable, efficient, and intelligent operation.

7. Auxiliary Equipment

Includes PE grooving / beveling machine, hydraulic lifting system, and ventilation equipment.
